Installation Guide

Setting up Moiz Subscriptions is straightforward and takes less than 5 minutes. Follow these steps to install and activate the plugin on your WooCommerce store.

Payment Gateway	Stripe (with tokenization) recommended

Installation Steps

Download the Plugin ZIP

Obtain the plugin ZIP file from the source provided by Moiz Wordpress. The file will be named moiz-subscriptions.zip.

Upload via WordPress Admin

Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.

Activate the Plugin

After installation completes, click Activate Plugin. The plugin will perform an automatic domain authorization check against our Firebase database.

Verify Database Tables

The plugin automatically creates the wp_wc_custom_subscriptions and wp_wc_sub_email_log tables on activation. No manual database work is required.

Configure Your First Subscription Product

Navigate to any variable product, expand a variation, and locate the Subscription Settings card. Follow the Enable Subscription guide to set up your first subscription.

Payment Gateway Setup

For automated renewals to work, your payment gateway must support tokenized payments — the ability to store a customer's payment method and charge it later without their active presence.

📌 Recommended: Stripe for WooCommerce (free official plugin) with Save Payment Methods enabled. This is the most tested and reliable gateway with Moiz Subscriptions.

💡 Already installed? If you're upgrading from a previous version, deactivate the old version first, then install the new ZIP. Your existing subscription data will be preserved.
